Our report will include observations and suggestions about all variables that impact your maintenance program's effectiveness, personnel and tool availability, plant condition, employee productivity, shop layout, employee skill levels, supervision, equipment condition and availability, work order effectiveness, schedule compliance ,work preparation, work permit system and planned maintenance practices.
The next step is developing with management the suited maintenance strategy
